Sunny days are here again

These are a couple of pictures from a walk I did with friends from Fortescue Bay to Waterfall Bay on the Tasman Peninsula.

Spring weather is here and we are having fantastic bright sunny days plus a few nice soaking-rainy type days to keep the garden going. This walk was so beautiful with some really spectacular walking along clifftops for about half of the trip.

Fortescue Bay to Waterfall Bay

Most people take two days to walk the length - it's only 12 km but as my poor legs discovered, a pretty steady uphill slog for quite a bit of it. I had a great feeling of achievement at the end though - and slept very well that night!

A few more of these and I'll have my bushwalking legs on again - maybe ready for an overnight trip. There are so many places I'd love to see but I've never got organised to do a big trip since camping in school days.
